sp999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

To register and use sp999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

sp999 is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether their use of sp999 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. sp999 does not make any representation that the services are appropriate or legally available in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access sp999 from restricted territories do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Each Player may hold only one (1) account on sp999. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number (used for account verification and OTP delivery).
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are at least 21 years of age.

sp999 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method, at any stage of account use — including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by sp999 may result in suspension of account activity and withholding of pending withdrawal requests until documentation is provided and verified.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. sp999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify sp999 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

All deposits on sp999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no currency conversion charges. The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. sp999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Internet banking: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. sp999 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment account used must belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for real-money funds (bonus-derived winnings may have separate limits as specified in the applicable bonus terms).
• All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. sp999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests pending KYC completion will be held until all required documentation has been verified. sp999 targets processing times of 1 to 24 hours for verified accounts.

sp999 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with applicable standards. sp999 reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transaction patterns may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. Players must not use sp999 for any money laundering activity. Any account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity will be suspended immediately and all funds withheld pending investigation.

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers issued by sp999 are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be played through the stated wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered (bonus amount multiplied by the stated rollover factor) before a withdrawal request may be made from bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited.
• sp999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions where reasonably practicable.

Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, participating in any coordinated bonus abuse scheme, or employing betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements (such as placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts) will have their account suspended immediately. All bonus balances and any winnings derived from abusive activity will be forfeited. sp999 uses automated detection systems to identify bonus abuse and reserves the right to take legal action where appropriate.

sp999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered Players via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set timed notifications to alert them after a chosen duration of play. These reminders are designed to promote awareness of time spent gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours, maximum 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits, withdrawals, or gaming activity may occur. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sp999. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and all balances forfeited:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share cards in poker, or otherwise manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, making chargebacks, or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after gaming activity has taken place.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be deducted from the account balance.

In addition to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances, sp999 reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies against any Player whose prohibited conduct causes financial loss to sp999 or other players. sp999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in any investigation related to fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct on the platform.

All content on the sp999 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and all other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to sp999. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any sp999 content without prior written consent from sp999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sp999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session progress, or any other intangible losses, whether or not sp999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sp999 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. sp999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control. In all cases where sp999 liability cannot be fully excluded by law, sp999's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises.

sp999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by sp999.
• Regulatory requirements, legal obligations, or instructions from law enforcement or regulatory authorities that necessitate account closure.

You may request voluntary closure of your sp999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any real-money balance must be withdrawn. sp999 will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days of receiving a verified request. Once closed, an account cannot be reopened except at sp999's sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of sp999 complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. sp999 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction and the availability of sp999 in any location does not constitute a representation that use of sp999 is legal in that location.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and sp999 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the Player must first contact sp999's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. sp999 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.

sp999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page with the effective date noted at the top. Where changes are material, sp999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of sp999 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using sp999 and request account closure.
